What's the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Senior Events Manager to lead Intercom’s most impactful brand activations and sponsorships across North America. In this role, you’ll shape high-quality, memorable experiences that highlight Fin’s product depth and Intercom’s evolving leadership in AI.
These aren’t demand-gen campaigns. They’re thoughtfully crafted brand moments that are designed to spark conversation, build trust, and demonstrate the real-world value of our AI-first approach.
You’ll own the full arc of strategy and execution, ensuring every activation is creatively ambitious and flawlessly delivered. You’ll also work closely with go-to-market teams to make sure these experiences connect to pipeline in purposeful, commercially meaningful ways.
