Senior Family Associate

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in South East London is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor (5+ PQE) to lead their growing family department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit practice with excellent local reputation and genuine long-term prospects, including the potential for partnership.

You will take responsibility for managing and developing a varied private family caseload, with matters including:

• Divorce and financial settlements
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Separation and cohabitation agreements
• Private children law matters
• (TOLATA experience advantageous but not essential)

You will be supported by a paralegal and will work collaboratively alongside colleagues in private client, litigation, and employment law, offering a well-rounded service to the firm's established client base. Business development will be a key part of the role, and you will have the opportunity to build strong community and referral links, supported by the firm's reputation and presence in the local area.

• Qualified Family Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong technical knowledge and proven experience across all aspects of private family law
• Resolution membership or accreditation desirable (or willingness to join)
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development and networking
• Team-oriented, with the ability to lead and support others effectively
