We’re on the hunt for a Senior Finance Analyst who is commercially sharp, curious, and energised to help steer the future. With full accountability for your area’s financial performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in uncovering insights, challenging assumptions, and driving growth.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

• Lead the end-to-end financial planning process across P&L, balance sheet, and internal controls.
• Translate data into actionable insight, identifying risks, opportunities, and untapped value.
• Assess and influence strategic initiatives—before, during, and after launch.
• Act as a critical friend to stakeholders, challenging constructively with a clear focus on shareholder value.
• Champion better ways of working, financial ownership, and smarter decision-making across your business area

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

• Qualified accountant or Finalist (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Excellent commercial modelling and business case evaluation skills.
• A knack for “storytelling with numbers”—distilling insight into compelling, simple narratives.
• Strong grasp of structured problem-solving.
• Proactive challenger who holds business partners accountable with confidence and diplomacy.
• Able to build trusted relationships across both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
