We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the AMF business finance function at AMFRESH UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key finance function within a fast-paced fresh produce business, working closely with senior commercial and procurement leaders to drive financial performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.
In this role, you’ll lead the Commercial Finance & FP&A team, oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and provide high-quality insight to support both day-to-day commercial decisions and long-term customer strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in translating financial data into meaningful commercial insight, supporting tender negotiations, and helping to shape the future direction of the business.
You’ll also work cross-functionally with Operations Finance, Senior FBPs and Group teams to strengthen financial processes, drive continuous improvement and support finance transformation activity, including optimisation of Microsoft D3
