What you’ll be doing

• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing financial insight that drives smarter, faster decisions.
• Helping budget owners truly understand their performance and take ownership of results.
• Turning complex data into meaningful analysis - identifying trends, explaining variances, and recommending solutions.
• Spotting risks and opportunities early, and helping the business respond effectively.
• Creating clear, insightful reporting that highlights what really matters, not just the numbers.
• Playing a key role in forecasting and budgeting, ensuring plans are both ambitious and achievable.
• Keeping an eye on the market and competitors, offering commercial insights that shape strategy.

What you’ll bring

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or QBE.
• A natural ability to build credibility, influence, and form strong relationships across all levels.
• Confidence to challenge and resilience to drive change when needed.
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
• The ability to make finance accessible - communicating insights in a way that resonates with non-finance colleagues.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a mindset that looks for improvements rather than barriers.
• Experience using data visualisation or BI tools would be a plus.
• Experience within the Travel or consumer world - beneficial but not essential.
