Finance Business Partner - London

£75,000- £80,000 + bonus

Hybrid role, 1-2 days office based

As a Finance Business Partner you will be part of a high-performing finance function in a highly commercial role, driving key initiatives across the department working closely with the Finance Director and other senior stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be working across the Central Functions providing key data and insights across the business. Your role will include:

• Analysing large financial data sets to provide financial insights and analysis for decision making
• Financial modelling to provide input into business cases and strategies
• Budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Recommend and support in the implementation process improvements
• Preparing and presenting financial reports, management information and dashboards

What's required

• You will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualification
• Strong excel modelling skills and ideally experience of Power BI
• Proven experience of business partnering with senior stakeholders
• Confident in delivering projects to key objectives
• Confident user of ERP system and reporting tools, ideally within a Shared Service Centre model
• Experience in leading teams
