The Role:

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insight, challenge, and guidance to support decision-making and long-term value creation. You will lead on commercial analysis, performance management, and strategic planning, with real scope to affect outcomes and impact the growth trajectory of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, influencing commercial and operational decisions

Drive financial performance through high-quality analysis, forecasting, and insight

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes

Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, risks, and investment decisions

Challenge assumptions and support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Mentor and develop finance team members, helping to build a best-in-class finance function

About You:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Significant experience in a Finance Business Partnering role within a large, complex organisation (FTSE experience desirable)
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing senior leaders
Confident, credible, and able to operate at pace in a changing environment
Ambitious, with a desire to progress and take on increasing responsibility
