About the team
We're looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the end-to-end finance agenda for our Lending business. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the Product leadership team, Executive Committee and Board with high-quality insight, forecasting and performance reporting that drives sound commercial decisions.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of mortgage and lending economics, including volumes, pricing, margin, EIR, NIM and balance-sheet dynamics. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex financial drivers into clear, decision-ready insight.
The role can be based from Wolverhampton, London or Chatham with occasional travel between offices.

You will combine deep technical capability (including Excel modelling, Anaplan) with strong commercial judgement, influencing decisions on growth, pricing, margin and investment across a core OSB franchise.
