Investigo have partnered with one of the most recognisable names in property globally in a Finance lead role that is instrumental delivering on a global contract.

This role requires an individual who is proven in leading on decision making processes across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will have proven experience in implementing new and effective financial processes focused on improving efficiency, and understand what is required to drive effective change.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of financial processes, controls and policies across 20+ locations
• Ensure a robust process for budgeting, forecasting and planning across a wide real estate portfolio
• Work closely with finance teams to ensure standardisation of processes
• Drive cost efficiency to improve the performance of supplier contracts
• Regular payment and spend review in order to provide monthly, quarterly and half yearly forecasting
• Business partnering with regional stakeholders and departmental heads across insights, planning and strategies

Key Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified
• Significant working knowledge within Real Estate, Property and Facilities Management
• Proven ability in financial leadership ideally within complex multi-site organisation
• Understanding of FM cost structures, contract models and OPEX budgets
• Strong decision-making skills with ability to drive change and communicate effectively
