Location: This role is offered on permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London office a minimum of two days a week.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance function. This role will bring critical commercial finance skills to bear across the Product &Supply Chain function, providing insight and strategic support on performance across the portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives to drive value for the Group. This insight will be from investment proposal through to Delivery, working closely with project teams, Finance Business Partners, and the wider business
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate and oversee financial modelling, reporting, analysis across the Strategic Project portfolio of P&SC
- Drive financial modelling and decision making on projects through Investment Proposals, and Delivery. This will include the opportunity benefits/cost cases, return on investment etc.
- Work closely with EMEA, Americas, and APAC regional teams to build strategic project cases
- Build knowledge of best practice across our Global Product, Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Inventory and Pricing domains
- Prepare materials on the financial performance of Strategic projects for P&SC, Finance Leadership, ExCo, Board and other sessions
About you:
- Experience in a finance business partnering role within a large organisation.
- Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving profitable growth.
- Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent), ideally bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
