Salary: From £67,700 with benefits, subject to skills and experience
Hybrid working pattern - 3 days per week office based

Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on building strong, influential relationships and navigating complex environments?
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Finance Manager to join the Francis Crick Institute, a globally recognised centre for biomedical research and innovation. This is far more than a technical finance role; it's an opportunity to work at the heart of a purpose-led organisation, helping to shape the future of science. You’ll bring a strong financial background, but just as importantly, you’ll be collaborative, curious, and confident in building trusted relationships across a diverse organisation. You’ll have the presence to influence at senior levels, the courage to challenge the status quo, and the mindset to always be looking for ways to improve how we work.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and managing one Finance Analyst, you’ll lead on budgeting, forecasting, strategic insight and long-term planning for your business areas. As a key business partner to senior leaders, you’ll play a vital role in helping them understand the financial impact of their decisions, ensuring we make the most of our resources in support of world-class science.
