In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Finance Systems Manager and a talented team to deliver timely, accurate performance metrics that empower decision-making across the business.
You'll take ownership of the Planning Analytics models (TM1), developing and maintaining rules while also building impactful dashboards in PAW and reports in Cognos Analytics.
Your insights will play a key role in supporting financial performance and reporting.
A big part of your role will be helping finance colleagues become more confident using the tools we provide-training them to analyse data and generate insights independently.

What our client are looking for:
- Strong experience in enterprise-level TM1 modelling, SQL, and business intelligence reporting.
- Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into robust data models and accessible reports.
- Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Track record of delivering dashboards and insights that drive financial performance.
- A self-starter with strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Agresso or Oracle Financials is a bonus.
- Familiarity with tools like Google BigQuery, Looker, DBT, GitHub, Tableau, or Qlik is helpful but not essential.
