Role: Senior Financial Accountant

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 plus bonus

A large Real Estate Investment Manager are looking to hire into their London Finance team with a focus on Financial Reporting and Management Information packs along with other projects.

This opportunity enables clear growth and progression within the business as there is a well-trodden path of people joining at this level and moving up.

They are looking for someone with between 2-4 years post qualification experience and ideally Real Estate sector experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

Preparation of Financial Statements (IFRS)
Liaise with the auditors as the main point of contact ensuring audit deliverables are met
Work with tax advisors on VAT and tax compliance dealing with requests and ensuring the preparation and submission of returns
Prepare quarterly management accounts and Board reporting
Monitor cash payments made by administrators and prepare cash flow forecasts
Improve processes to streamline reporting and ensure deadlines are met
