Senior Finance Analyst – Commercial Finance | Award-Winning FTSE 250 Homebuilder

Location: Redhill, Surrey + 4 days in office & 1 day WFH

Salary: up to £70,000 pa + bonus & excellent benefits package

Blayze Group and proud to be partnering an award winning FTSE 250 home build to find a talented and dynamic qualified accountant for their Commercial Finance team as a Senior Finance Analyst, playing a key role in driving financial accuracy, insight, and performance across the business.

You’ll partner with the Commercial Finance Lead to deliver precise cash and profit forecasts, analyse variances, and identify risks and opportunities. You’ll also support scenario modelling, and take ownership of month-end, half-year, and year-end reporting, collaborating with auditors and stakeholders to ensure high-quality financial outcomes.

For this highly commercial Senior Finance Analyst role we’re seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with proven PQE, strong analytical ability, and the confidence to communicate complex financial information to non-finance colleagues. Experience with Anaplan and COINS is highly desirable, and familiarity with the housebuilding sector would be an advantage.
