Senior FP&A Manager – Media & Entertainment | West London | £70,000–£80,000 + Bonus & Benefits
A well-established, dynamic international company within the media and entertainment sector is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join their finance team based in West London.
This role is central to driving financial planning and analysis across multiple business units, supporting senior leaders with actionable insights to guide strategic decisions, budget management, and long-term financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed P&L analysis and financial modelling to support business performance and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain mid- to long-term financial plans and cash flow projections, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Monitor fixed and variable costs, providing timely explanations of variances and highlighting budget risks.
- Deliver monthly financial reporting and present findings to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, automating workflows and enhancing reporting quality using tools like Power BI.
- Support incentive scheme modelling and business planning cycles in collaboration with HR and finance teams.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust budget control and strategic alignment.
About You:
- ACA qualified (Big 4 or Top 10), ideally trained within corporate finance, transaction services, or a similarly analytical practice area, or audit trained and now working in a commercial finance or FP&A role in industry.
- Strong modelling and analytical skills.
- Proven experience delivering insight through budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
- Highly proficient in Excel; comfortable building and maintaining financial models.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and keen to drive continuous improvement.
