Senior Financial Systems Manager - Oracle Netsuite ERP

Join a growing technology company as Financial Systems Manager!

Having implemented Netsuite as the core ERP solution, the company is looking for someone with strong hands-on Netsuite knowledge and Financial Systems experience to join their team and focus on projects to improve the solution as well as supporting end users.

As the bridge between finance and IT teams, you will work with key stakeholders to understand requirements for financial systems and will translate to system design in Netsuite and related applications.

Your Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis to define requirements and translate to system design in Netsuite and integrated business systems.
Work on projects to implement new features, roll-out improvements, configure the ERP solution and deploy optimisations
Project Management of system enhancements and process improvements across Financials, R2R, P2P, O2C, and Operations areas
Netsuite Administration and End user support including troubleshooting issues
End user Training and Change Management for new features and modules!

Desired Qualifications:

Strong ERP or Finance Systems Management experience
Prior Netsuite ERP experience e.g. as Hands-on Administrator, Functional consultant or Developer
Good business process analysis to understand requirements from End users and map to system design
Strong Project Management experience to rollout new features and drive improvements
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach!
