About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Market Operations professional to work in an experienced team to support and optimize the performance of our financial marketplace. This role sits at the heart of our business operations, combining analytical thinking, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure our global programs run smoothly. You will serve as the central operational hub for managing and optimizing the dynamic supply chain finance ecosystem.
Whether you're early in your career or bringing deeper expertise, we’re looking for individuals who are commercially curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational excellence. We have opportunities at multiple levels and will tailor responsibilities based on your experience.
Essential Duties:
- Monitor marketplace health and performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain operational integrity.
- Own daily reconciliation and exception handling across payment flows and partner interactions.
- Key liaison between funders (including banks and payment processing teams), buyers (and their internal teams such as Payments, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and KYC), and suppliers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Capital Markets to improve tools, workflows, and automation.
- Use data to uncover trends, troubleshooting problems, and propose solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Support new market launches and partner onboarding efforts. Identifies and escalates operational risks, drives process improvements, and partners with product and program management teams to implement enhancements that strengthen the platform and create sustainable future growth.
- Contribute to internal documentation, process improvement initiatives, and strategic projects.
Physical requirements: This position primarily requires sitting, standing, typing, and viewing screens for extended periods.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- 2–7 years of experience in operations, payments, financial services, or a tech-driven business.
- Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and a comfort working with data (SQL or similar is a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to improve how things work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payment platforms, reconciliation tools, or financial operations.
- Experience with Dynamic Supply Chain Financing
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or B2B platforms.
- Exposure to process improvement, automation, or systems integration.
