Senior FP&A Manager - Tech - £90-95k + bonus - London (5 days in the office)

Investigo are working with a Global Technology business that is looking to recruit an FP&A Manager for their Finance function with a focus on managing the budget/forecast process, providing strategic insights using modeling and dashboards and business partnering with key non-finance stakeholders.

This is a professional fast-growing business that is looking for an ambitious individual to help the CFO and another key Senior Finance leader to help the business improve it's commercial insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage Budget, Quarterly Forecast and 5 year plan for the entire division.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for the Senior Leadership Team including KPI reports and variance analysis.
• Analyse growth trends, risks, profitability, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with departments to support business growth and decision-making.
• Support new business modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, ensuring accurate and updated financial projections are reflected in overall business plans.
• Work closely with the financial controllership team to ensure all aspects of spending are accurately considered and recorded during forecasting and planning cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within financial processes.
• Identify and support cost optimisation initiatives
• Utilise dashboards to provide strategic insights
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support as needed
• Foster strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications and Skills needed

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven FP&A and commercial finance experience.
• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA. At least 5 years PQE
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
