Job Title: Senior FP&A Manager
Location: Durrington

Job Overview
You will be responsible for leading financial meetings with the senior management team and providing regular commercial analysis around performance. You will also own the financial element of the centralised processes around power and employment cost reporting.
Your Duties Will Include
- Leadership of annual planning process and in-year forecasts
- Provide senior management with appropriate reporting on monthly performance
- Prepare financial results and commentary for monthly Board meetings
- Further develop the centralised financial processes around people and energy reporting and forecasting, working with HR (mainly the Workforce Planning Lead) and the Energy team to ensure their operational forecasts are reflected correctly in TM1
- Coordinating the month end close for Directorate results
- Supporting the team with their training and career development needs

Role Requirements
- Qualified CIMA Accountant or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Track record of improving FP&A processes with an understanding of FP&A best practice approaches
- Proven ability to work with the business to understand and interpret the practical implications of financial data
- Track record of strong financial leadership, ensuring best practices of financial analysis, planning and reporting
- Ability to translate data that drives the right actions
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home.
