Senior Front-End Engineer - Angular - React - C# - Elite Systematic Hedge Fund - London - Multiple Hires - Up to £300k TC

A world-class systematic hedge fund is expanding a core engineering team in London and hiring multiple Senior Front-End Engineers (front-end leaning, but full-stack capable) to build polished, high-impact web applications used by external clients and senior internal stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility role in a small, high-calibre team (currently 4 developers) with a clear mandate to scale. Engineers will take ownership of specific products and workstreams as the function grows.

The Role

You’ll design and build modern, user-centric web platforms including:

Investor portals and external reporting platforms
Client-facing dashboards, visualisations, and bespoke reporting tools
High-quality UI components and micro-apps used across the business

While the role is front-end focused, you’ll also contribute to backend services and data-driven features in C#/.NET, helping deliver end-to-end functionality.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate closely with teams across operations and governance functions (e.g., middle office, accounting, and compliance), alongside engineers in a lean environment where projects move quickly and your impact is highly visible.

Frontend: Angular (React also welcomed)
Backend: C# / .NET

Strong front-end engineer with proven experience delivering polished web applications
Comfortable taking ownership of UI architecture, component design, and user experience
Good working knowledge of C#/.NET (or a willingness to deepen backend skills)
Experience building external / client-facing platforms is a major plus
Finance knowledge helpful but not required
Strong engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing mindset, performance awareness
