£85,000 - £90,000 plus car allowance

A global consumer business with some of the world’s best‑loved brands is looking for a Senior Global Corporate Communications Manager for a 14 month fixed term contract.

This is an opportunity to shape and elevate its corporate reputation on the world stage. This is a high‑impact role for an experienced communications leader who understands the pace, complexity and visibility of a major FMCG or consumer‑facing organisation.

You’ll be responsible for defining and driving the corporate narrative, leading the sustainability communications agenda, and overseeing flagship corporate milestones including the annual report.

As a senior member of the global communications team, you will

Lead the development and articulation of the organisation’s corporate narrative, ensuring consistency across markets and channels. Own the global sustainability story — shaping messaging, building compelling content and partnering with ESG, sustainability and corporate affairs teams to bring progress to life.
Oversee the creation and delivery of the annual report and other key corporate publications, ensuring clarity, transparency and alignment with regulatory and stakeholder expectations.

Drive communications around major corporate milestones, performance updates and strategic initiatives.

Partner with senior leaders to position the organisation externally with media, investors, partners and global stakeholders.

Ensure corporate messaging is aligned, future‑focused and reflective of the brand’s values and commitments.

Monitor global trends, competitor activity and emerging issues to inform strategy and strengthen reputation.

Collaborate closely with regional communications teams to ensure global coherence and local relevance.

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who has already operated at scale within a global FMCG or consumer brand environment. You will bring:

Significant experience in corporate communications within a large, complex, consumer‑facing organisation.
A proven track record shaping and leading a corporate narrative across multiple markets.
Deep experience in sustainability/ESG communications, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling, credible stories.
Strong ownership of annual reporting processes, including content development, stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination.

Exceptional writing, storytelling and strategic thinking skills.

Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing at executive level.

A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Experience managing issues, risks and reputation‑sensitive topics.

Hybrid working is 3 days a week on site – West London.
