The Role
This role is part of the International department at PRS, who are a passionate team of over 20 responsible for driving and assuring International revenues that are the highest of any Music Collective Management Organisation in the world. The department works across a range of areas including society relationship and service management, revenue assurance, and direct licensing.
This is an exciting new opportunity to shape the future of the Global Revenue Assurance team. The role has been created to lead the design, build, and ongoing development of a best-in-class insights measurement, KPI, and reporting function—laying the foundation for data-driven decision-making and long-term success - while playing contributing and owning key Revenue assurance initiatives.
The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, curiosity, and collaborative energy. You’ll be confident working across multiple workstreams, translating data into actionable insight, and building new capabilities from the ground up. Strong project management skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders are essential. Industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
Above all, you’ll be passionate about ensuring our members receive the royalties they’re due—on time and in full.
Responsibilities
As our Senior Global Revenue Assurance & Insights Manager, some of your day to day duties will include…
Reporting, KPI & Impact Management
- Designing and leading the team’s reporting function, building tools and processes to measure short- and long-term impact of revenue assurance activities.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to track income streams and operational effectiveness.
Knowledge, Insights & Analysis
- Translating complex quantitative and qualitative multiple source data (including usage data from internal systems, societies, and third-party sources, industry reports, news) to identify revenue opportunities, trends, create actionable insights and recommendations etc. to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Identifying discrepancies and opportunities across royalty flows and support the development of new controls and methodologies.
- Developing and maintaining a centralised repository of knowledge and insights, actively promoting its use across teams
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Leading the scoping, planning, and delivery of key revenue assurance, automation, data initiatives and research projects. Assisting on overseas partner society visits as required
- Collaborating closely with the Global Revenue Assurance team and wider stakeholders to align priorities and drive adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, communicating insights clearly and influencing and contribute to strategic direction.

About You

- 5 years + relevant experience, including proven experience delivering data analytics projects across workstreams/business functions.
- Strong senior level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau).
- The ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets, including industry-specific formats.
- An inquisitive, proactive and collaborative approach, being comfortable working independently.
- PRO, music publishing/label/DSP experience is preferred.
- Formal education or training in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields (or willingness to learn) is preferred.

The Process
Our Interview Process For This Role Is Simple
- First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
- Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
