Senior Group Finance Analyst

We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed insurance group to recruit a Senior Group Finance Analyst into their central finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic business with global operations, offering real scope to influence strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting, while enhancing KPI analysis to support strategic decisions. They will also act as a key finance contact, building strong relationships with regional teams across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of FP&A in coordinating and delivering quarterly reforecasts and monthly reporting cycles
• Generate insightful analysis of financial trends and key KPIs to inform and influence business decisions, in close collaboration with the Underwriting Analytics team and Group Finance
• Partner with regional CFOs and finance teams to drive best practices in reporting and commercial analysis
• Build and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of group-wide strategy
• Provide analysis to support M&A activity across the group
• Deliver ad hoc analysis as required

Qualifications

• ACA/ICAEW qualified or equivalent
• Strong commercial / FP&A experience
• Excellent Excel / financial modelling skills
• Proven ability to business partner with senior stakeholders
• Insurance industry experience highly desirable
