As the Senior Growth Manager, you'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, execute integrated campaigns, and build the foundational strategies that will accelerate our next phase of vertical and regional growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy & Growth Planning
- GTM strategy: Support go-to-market strategies for emerging verticals and North America growth acceleration.
- Insights and Analysis: Partner with Research and Business Intelligence to deliver impactful analyses and insights.
- Strategy planning: Contribute to high-quality strategy documents that influence leadership decisions.
Growth Initiatives & Integrated Campaigns
- Identify growth levers: Identify growth levers through internal and external data insights.
- Drive growth collaboratively: Collaborate on cross-channel campaigns (digital, CRM, SEO, PR, social, etc.) to drive vertical adoption or market scaling.
- Implement Growth initiatives: Implement growth initiatives and track their impact across key metrics and customer touchpoints.
Channel Enablement
- Establish suite of tooling / dashboards: Work with the Analytics team to build tools, dashboards, and shareable insights that empower marketing and performance teams.
- Cross-channel collaboration: Create frameworks and assets that help channels activate and scale growth opportunities effectively.
Performance & Reporting
- Reporting and tracking: Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting tools.
- Campaign effectiveness: Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge sharing: Own the narrative for key reporting moments with data-backed storytelling.
Test-and-Learn Culture
- Test and Learn: Run lean experiments and A/B tests to test hypotheses and improve campaign performance.
- Agile mindset: Foster an agile, iterative marketing mindset across your work.
About You
- Growth marketer: Experience in a growth or marketing role, ideally in consumer tech, ecommerce, or travel.
- Complex problem solver: Analytical, structured thinker who thrives on solving complex growth problems.
- Cross-functional execution: Strong at cross-functional collaboration and project management.
- Tooling: Proficiency in using data to inform decisions; familiarity with dashboards (e.g. Looker, Tableau, GA), CRM tools, and campaign planning.
- Proactive: A self-starter with a genuine passion for travel and a curiosity to test, learn, and grow.
