Our Integrated Campaigns team drives worldwide strategies to engage prospects and customers and generate demand for our prioritized products and solutions. We drive our Go to Market (GTM) strategy, and partner closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, DevRel, the Worldwide Field Organization and others to bring full-funnel campaigns and programs to life and optimize performance and business impact.
As the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager I, Integrated Campaigns, you will be responsible for running campaigns for a technical decision-maker audience globally at scale. This role demands strategic vision, hands-on project management, and cross-team collaboration to drive demand via campaign outputs for our most valuable target audience.
Responsabilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns targeting technical decision-makers across digital, events, email, and content channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and Sales to align messaging and drive pipeline outcomes.
- Lead campaign planning and execution using Asana—defining goals, timelines, deliverables, and owning performance optimization.
- Create and refine campaign assets such as email nurtures and webinars tailored to the buyer journey.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to a high-performing pod structure by facilitating alignment, managing dependencies, and maintaining high execution standards.
