Responsibilities
- 1 2 1 Care
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating
- Support residents with mobility and physical activities
- Maintain accurate care records and assist in the development of care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Provide emotional support to residents and promote their independence
- Assist in the organisation of recreational activities for residents
Qualifications
- 1 2 1 care experience.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is desirable.
- Ability to create and implement care plans effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with working in a care home environment.
- Fluency in English language.
Providing care: 2 years (required)
NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
