Egis is a global consulting and engineering firm working in construction, transport and mobility services. Joining our Group and its 22,000 employees means, above all, sharing our values as a people-first company, strongly committed to sustainability and innovation.
As one of the world’s leading consultancy, construction engineering and operating firms, we hold ourselves responsible for today’s biggest challenges: fighting climate change, the digital transition and meeting the needs of growing populations. We do this by designing smart, green infrastructure, transport and buildings, creating a sustainable future for communities everywhere.
In the UK, we're proud to be delivering some of the most iconic projects which help connect people, protect our environment and meet emission reduction targets. From motorways to tramways, nuclear power plants to smart cities, clients choose us to help them solve their most complex challenges - delivering climate-responsible growth that meets the needs of communities, industry, and the planet.
Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Lead - UK, you will work closely with the HR Shared Services team and the Global Studios HR Director to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the businesses you support and to support the entire life cycle of the employee experience. To be successful, you must be able to develop meaningful relationships with all managers in your business and other people's teams in the organisation. Skills in relationship building and influencing are essential. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing expertise in all areas of HR management.
This is a full-time role covering sites across the UK. We operate a hybrid working model with 3-4 days per week required in the London Egis Office and London Global Studios. Both offices are 5 minutes from Waterloo station, and there will be a need to travel across the UK to other sites.
The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible with their working arrangements.
