The vacancy:
The Senior HR Business Partner is part of the Human Resources team, and is responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance, leadership and skills development to the senior leadership team and managers, enabling employee engagement and driving cultural change.
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for managing the Senior HR Administrator, as well as working closely with the Employee Engagement and Volunteering Manager, who manages the HR and Volunteering Administrator.
