Job Description

We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to work closely with leaders and managers, providing people expertise to develop innovative solutions aligned with organizational strategy. This role supports workforce planning, retention, and development initiatives while fostering a productive, inclusive, and harmonious workplace culture that aligns with the company's growth and success. Acting as a trusted advisor, the People Business Partner ensures the implementation of best practices to meet business objectives effectively. This role acts as a strategic consultant, proactively shaping the workforce strategy to support business success.

What Will I Be Doing

Serve as an advisor to senior leaders and managers, offering expertise on workforce solutions and HR practices.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies for workforce planning, employee retention, and development.

Drive initiatives to maintain a productive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.

Partner with teams to align people-related strategies with the company’s overarching goals.

Solve complex and unforeseen challenges, leveraging tactical decision-making approach.

Influence and build strong internal networks across the organization to advance HR and business priorities.

Develop creative, effective solutions to contribute to achieving company objectives.

Establish operational objectives that impact immediate groups and may have broader, company-wide effects.

What Experience Do I Need

Extensive background dealing with sensitive employee relations issues at multiple levels with an organization and across business sectors

Proven Experience in influencing business leaders through difficult and unpopular situations

8+ years of progressive experience in HR and/or related fields.

Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of workforce planning, retention, and development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Experience in fostering inclusive workplace cultures.

Proven ability to manage complex and unforeseen issues effectively.

Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and influence teams.

Collaboration and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics.

Understanding of organizational objectives and how to align HR practices accordingly.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.

Proven ability to lead projects with cross-functional impact.

Capacity to influence stakeholders and build trust across all organizational levels.
