**ORACLE HCM EXPERIENCE IS A MUST**
My client is looking for their next Senior HR System Analyst to join them within the Education Sector.
They implemented Oracle back in 2018 and have seen been working on some exciting new enhancements and upgrades for this particular person to get involved in with the use of moving all the modules onto Redwood in the next couple of years.
You will be part of managing and maintaining the HR system, mobile applications and ensure effective system release management.
Maintain and maximise use of HR modules - including core HR, Payroll, absence, learning and development.
Ensure that system processes facilitate the delivery of high calibre HR transactional processes. Business as usual support to the Human Resources team and employees in the wider University on the HR System (ERP), as well as assisting with project-based activity
Ultimately with their upgrades and enhancements this is all for their students to help achieve the best results they can but for you:
