HR Advisor / HR Operations Specialist (2–3 Month FTC)

Up to £55,000 (pro-rata) • Wimbledon • 2 days per week onsite • Start ASAP

A leading international organisation is looking for an experienced HR Advisor/HR Operations Specialist to join them on a short-term FTC, supporting a busy period across their UK people function.

The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR operations, delivering a great employee experience while keeping everything compliant and running smoothly. Expect a mix of ER, onboarding, HR systems work and general HR support for a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing ER cases including performance, sickness and consultation processes
Handling onboarding, right-to-work checks, background checks and benefits admin
Ensuring HR compliance and accurate data management across systems (Workday experience a big plus)
Updating templates, guides and intranet content
Supporting HR reporting, metrics and continuous improvement
Partnering with shared services and HRBPs to deliver the HR roadmap
Staying up to date with employment law changes and maintaining full confidentiality
