Description

I have an excellent development opportunity for an HR Advisor who is looking to take the next step in their career. This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in North Hertfordshire (4-5 days on site).

They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their high performing team where you will work closely, with managers and employees, providing expert guidance across a wide spectrum of HR matters.

Partner with key stakeholders to deliver HR best practices
Provide advice for general queries on HR policies and procedures
Support and manage Employee Relations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, sickness etc
Support all data and reporting requirements
Monitor sickness absence

You will need the following experience:-

CIPD Level 5
Strong track record of engaging with Stakeholders
Managing Employee Relations
Excellent communication and Relationship building skills
UK Driving Licence Holder

In return they offer a salary of £40-45k plus very good benefits.
