NEWLY CREATED ROLE for a Head of Business Partnering to join this Global organisation at a very exciting time. Reporting into the HR Director they are looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Head of HR Business Partners (UK&I) to provide strategic leadership to their HRBP team and work in partnership with their business leaders to drive HR best practice. This is a pivotal role in the Senior Leadership team, where you will be responsible for aligning people strategies with organisational priorities, driving strategic workforce and demand planning and embedding global and regional HR programmes in their UK and International teams.

Deliver strategic workforce and demand planning strategy
Work in partnership with the business using financial and operational drivers to identify and prioritise business HR needs
Monitor internal and external HR trends and changes
Align with the Global HR Business Partner strategy
Support central HR teams in communicating and reinforcing HR initiatives
Lead the business in the adoption of AI, analytics and self service HR tools
Drive and support change initiatives

Responsible for the HR budget

Deputise for the HR Director on HRBP initiatives as required

Operate as a strategic Business Partner

Lead a team of HR Business Partners

What they are looking for:-

Proven experience in a HRBP role ideally within a global, sales driven organisation.
Demonstrable experience working cross-functionality and globally to align HR strategies
Exceptional commercial awareness
Proven experience with demand and workforce planning
Project Management experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong background in Change Management and Transformation within HR (preferred)
Experience of Workday and other HR systems (preferred)

Salary £120-130k plus bonus and excellent benefits.
