Senior Human Resources Manager

Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to make an impact at a global level?

We’re looking for a Corporate Senior HR Manager to join our London-based head office team and play a pivotal role in driving people strategies across our luxury hotel portfolio in Europe and beyond.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and support global HR projects and cross-regional initiatives
• Partner with hotel HR teams and corporate leaders to elevate engagement, development, and performance
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and company standards
• Deliver key people programs that support a high-performance and service-oriented culture

You’ll be a trusted HR business partner, helping shape our people experience and supporting leaders to deliver on our brand’s commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking for:

Essential:

• Strong experience in HR management, ideally in a multinational or hospitality environment
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work across cultures and regions
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and an understanding of HR practices across Europe
• Confidence in managing the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, and HR projects
• Collaborative approach with a passion for people

Desirable:

• Background in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service-focused industries
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
