What You Will Do

You’ll be the driving force behind successful implementations, combining client-facing finesse with hands-on system configuration and data expertise.

• Manage multiple implementations, maintaining full visibility for internal teams and clients
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into smart, scalable solutions
• Build and configure the DealCloud platform to match unique client needs
• Guide clients through data migration with precision and insight
• Mentor team members and support onboarding through thought leadership and training
• Deliver recommendations based on industry best practices and platform expertise
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with client goals

What You Will Need

We’re looking for someone who blends technical savvy with business acumen—and loves solving puzzles with people.

• 4+ years in software implementation, working with private equity or investment banking clients
• Excellent communication skills and a natural client-first mindset
• Hands-on experience with platform configuration, data analytics, or relational databases
• Comfortable leading meetings, owning deliverables, and managing timelines
• Strong Excel skills and an analytical approach to system design
• Passion for learning, coaching, and continuous improvement

Useful If You Have

• Experience with the DealCloud platform or SQL
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership in mentoring peers or owning critical projects
