Senior Import Marketing & Comms Manager

This is a Hybrid working role with a requirement to attend our Farringdon office, Midlands Superhub and some International travel, with flexibility required in line with business needs.
Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for international collaboration and campaign execution? We’re looking for a Senior Import Marketing & Communication Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Royal Mail’s global import business. This is a high-impact role focused on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation across postal and commercial import products.
About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Import Products & Solutions, you’ll develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market strategies, and performance-driven content. You’ll work closely with international teams and internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives and promote Royal Mail’s import services globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with commercial goals.
- Create compelling B2B propositions and customer-facing content.
- Support sales enablement through messaging, collateral, and engagement tools.
- Lead go-to-market activation across key markets including China, the US, and Europe.
- Manage internal and external communications, including newsletters and press releases.
- Plan and deliver events, webinars, and sponsorships to promote import capabilities.
About You
You’re a delivery-focused marketing professional with strong communication skills and international experience. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring creativity, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement expertise to every project.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, communications, or product marketing.
- Proven success in campaign execution, lead generation, and proposition development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with international teams, ideally including China.
- Hands-on project management skills and high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (CIM desirable).
