HARP is a major scheme to maintain drinking water supplies across Cumbria, Lancashire and Greater Manchester for future generations. The Haweswater Aqueduct is a 110km pipeline which runs from the Lake District, through Lancashire and into Greater Manchester. Originally constructed in the 1950s, the pipeline needs essential upgrade work and will see the replacement of the existing tunnel sections to ensure it can continue to supply customers for generations to come.
- Reporting project performance and digital delivery adoption on delegated project to the Head of Information Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact between project teams, ensuring documentation compliance with industry standards and contributing to project success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external project teams, including maintaining registers and conducting quality audits on Information Management flows.
- Engage in daily activities including problem solving with framework staff, liaising with external clients, attending client meetings, and providing training, while also ensuring compliance with quality standards (BIM ISO 19650).
- Develop and implement procedures for effective information management.
- Create rules and procedures for information sharing.
- Establish and manage a functional common data environment (CDE) for clients, including defining support requirements.
- Proficiency in implementing advanced features such as built-in reporting, workflows, and dashboard setups through APIs and automations will be key to the role. Oversee, manage and train project team members in the daily use of common data environments.
- Management of team to ensure adherence to both regulatory and organisational information requirements by project team members.
- Management of team to ensure the accuracy and quality of data within the common data environments.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate common data environments/electronic data management systems that could affect reporting for the project.
- Manage all incoming datasets on client’s behalf and monitor incoming project deliverables against Digital Delivery Plans.
- Continually develop information management strategies for specific project in line with project requirements and STRABAG Data strategy.
- Liaise with other Information Management teams across the business, to drive standardisation of systems, consistency in delivery and sharing of best practise.
Qualifications
- Experienced in development and implementation of internal processes and strategy procedures/documentation
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Experienced people and workload manager
- Excellent organisational, administrative & planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver workshops
- Strong knowledge of BS1192 and ISO19650 standards
- Strong knowledge of MS software packages, basic knowledge of PowerBI
- Ability to read data from Office365 SharePoint sites, lists, and understand forms and automation flows
- Experience dealing with both internal and external project teams requests
- Good organisation skills regarding to document and metadata as well as managing tasks to team
- Data-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards and Government Construction Strategies
- BSI Certified Project or Asset Information Professional and/or Operam 19650 Certification
