ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Designer / Creative Lead to shape bold, high-performing content across social, digital, and campaign channels — with a strong focus on moving image and social-first storytelling.

This is both a hands-on and strategic creative role (not just art direction), perfect for someone who can bring luxury finesse and editorial flair to everything from quick-turn content to full-scale campaigns. Working closely with the CMO and Founder & Creative Director, you’ll help evolve our visual identity and deliver best-in-class creative that drives both brand love and results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own creative from concept to execution — especially across social and motion design.
• Create compelling moving image, graphic design, and social-first content that tells a powerful brand story and supports commercial goals.
• Manage and develop Junior and Midweight Designers.
• Lead and deliver design work across campaigns, digital, social, CRM, and in-store.
• Own creative from concept to execution — especially across social and motion design.
• Help evolve the Townhouse visual identity across every touchpoint, from reels to retail.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce standout creative that drives results.
• Support shoots, content creation, and brand campaigns with energy and taste.

ABOUT YOU:

• Strong experience in design, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Strong people management skills.
• A strong portfolio of social-first, motion-led content and campaign work.
• A strategic, conceptual thinker with excellent taste and a deep understanding of visual storytelling across social and digital channels.
• Proven ability to work at pace with a cool head, balancing quick-turn content needs with longer-term brand-building creative.
• Hands-on designer
• Proactive, and commercially minded.
• Confident working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Our office is based in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
