Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 plus car allowance

A global consumer‑goods organisation is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager (Campaigns & Channels) to join its corporate communications function on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract. This role blends creative campaign delivery, strategic channel ownership and business partnering to ensure colleagues across regions, functions and manufacturing sites feel informed, inspired and connected.

Successful candidates must have proven track record as a senior internal communications leader within an international corporate setting targeting hard to reach employees and better connect them to the business and each other. Hybrid working is three days a week on site – West London.

You will:

Deliver high‑impact global campaigns that bring strategy, culture and priorities to life.
Own and optimise internal communication channels that reach a diverse workforce — from office‑based teams to factory and frontline colleagues.
Create memorable internal moments that build pride, belonging and connection.
Partner with leaders and teams to elevate clarity, creativity and consistency across communications.

Lead the strategy, performance and day‑to‑day activation of core internal channels (intranet, social platforms, digital signage and email tools), ensuring content is timely, engaging and aligned to business priorities.

Build and manage an annual channel strategy and editorial plan in partnership with the wider communications team.

Deliver cross‑functional global campaigns across themes such as sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing and social impact.

Bring signature internal events and celebrations to life, uniting colleagues across multiple geographies.

Act as a communications business partner for HR, Operations, Technology and regional communications leads.

Track and report on engagement, insights and performance analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure messaging is inclusive, accessible and culturally relevant across a global workforce.

What you bring:

Significant in‑house internal communications experience within a complex international organisation.
Deep understanding of internal communication channels and how to use them effectively at scale.
A creative, ideas‑led mindset with a strong track record of campaign planning and delivery.

Confident storytelling across multiple formats and media.

Experience in FMCG or a consumer‑facing environment is advantageous
