About the Role

As a Senior Investment Broker at North Property Group, you’ll operate in a consultive, phone-based advisory environment, working with investors to identify suitable property opportunities aligned to their goals.

Responsibilities

Higher commission for self-generated leads
Clear incentives for repeat business and client referrals

Additional commission opportunities on premium units, incentives, and development-specific features

Managing and developing long-term client relationships

Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience

Commission calculated on full purchase price

This structure is designed to reward consistency, ownership of client relationships, and long-term performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months’ proven experience in off-plan or high-volume new-build property sales

Required Skills

Strong consultative selling skills and experience working in target-driven roles
Passion for property investment, financial markets, and property development trends
Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to manage objections and setbacks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Realistic OTE: £110,000+

Higher commission on:

Self-generated leads
Repeat clients and referrals
Premium units and development incentives
