Senior Lawyer- Property

LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority Shared Service based in Cambridgeshire, for a senior property lawyer to join them on a full-time and permanent basis.

You will provide legal advice to a range of public sector clients primarily regarding commercial property and regeneration matters. This will include advising and negotiating on projects involving multiple client interests, including the third sector and charitable organisations.

Previous UK local government experience is essential.

To apply you will be:

• An England and Wales qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive
• Able to demonstrate previous experience of handling a caseload of commercial property matters
• Able to attend the office in Cambridgeshire on a hybrid basis of 2 days per week

The salary for this role is £50,790 - £58,168 per annum.
