Our business focuses on aligning colleagues, applications and projects for our Long Standing customer and Annuities value stream.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced people lead with an in-depth analysis background to join the Senior Lead Analyst team. We are looking for someone with strong domain knowledge who can hit the ground running, initial focus will be on major integration programme.
As Senior Lead Analyst you are accountable for overseeing and supporting complex business analysis within projects and programmes within your allocated Value Stream. Along with the wider SLA team, you are responsible for defining a framework for the Business Analysis function that ensures outputs delivered by their teams add value, meet business needs and are of a high standard. Building a collaborative and motivated Analysis function through fostering a positive culture where everyone feels engaged is a fundamental part of the SLA role.
When required you will steer major programmes of work providing thought leadership and to support project recovery. Supporting their Analysis Managers on both a people and a project perspective is key, and you will act as point of escalation for both these areas
Collaborating with senior leaders across the business to understand and translate the business strategy, you will play a lead role in the planning and execution of all Business Analysis work. Key to the continued success will be focussing on improving the capability of individuals within the team as well as the overall function.
