The Senior Lead Claims Adjuster is tasked with delivering a high-quality claims service that addresses customer needs while aligning with the business plan. This role involves managing and coordinating claims-related duties to the highest technical standard, ensuring that settlements are cost-effective for both clients and the Company, in accordance with SCOR's claims handling philosophy and customer-centric approach.

The Role
The key focus of this role is to provide an efficient and effective claims service, which meets the identified needs of customers, whilst supporting the business plan by handling and coordinating to the highest technical standard claim-related duties, in order to achieve for cedants and the Company the most cost-effective settlement of those claims consistent with SCOR's claims handling philosophy and our customer focused approach.
You will also assist in the creation of an "optimal" Property and Casualty Claims organisation, building on the resources in the network of Hubs in order to create a market leading service proposition to both external clients and internal stakeholders.
