Job Summary
Vertus are looking to recruit a Senior Leasing Consultant to join our Leasing Team. Reporting directly to the Leasing Manager, you will ensure that residents (tenants) have the best rental experience and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service, becoming a Vertus brand ambassador.
Annual Salary: £30,000 basic plus commission, OTE £55K+

Main Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to website, email, and telephone enquiries in a timely manner
- Qualifying leads, ensuring the applicant has the Right to Rent
- Capturing source of enquiries
- Keeping the CRM up to date with relevant information
- Matching prospective residents to available properties
- Ensuring apartments are well presented before viewing
- Booking viewings
- Conducting call outs
- Conducting viewings
- Obtaining feedback
- Negotiating offers
- Advising prospective residents of customer Journey and requirements
- Passing applicants over to the Tenancy Progression team with full information
- Assisting with progress of tenancy progression where necessary
- Conducting Right to Rent on prospective residents
- Complying with GDPR requirements
- Attending events such as Mall Pop Ups
- Ensuring KPI’s are consistently met
- Liaising with Third Party agents on the unit availability and portal material
- Reporting weekly KPI’s to the Leasing manager
- Reporting team KPI’s, weekly and monthly to the Leasing Manager
- Weekly team audit of Hubspot (Status change for successful deals, Offer received status to current resident)
- To carry out other reasonable duties as instructed and directed as required
Enviromental Responsibilities
All staff are required to follow the CWG Environmental Policies for minimisation of waste and effective energy management as defined in the CWG Environmental Manual and associated documents.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Level 3 ARLA qualification is essential
- 2 years' property experience
- Friendly telephone manner
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s
- An understanding of the Build to Rent market
- Self-motivated
- Target driven
- Works well under pressure
- Team player
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Strong customer focus, high accuracy, good attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An honest and trustworthy individual with an exemplary track record
- The incumbent must have an appreciation of the importance of customer service and how this is applied in the context of Canary Wharf
