Are you a c. 6-10 PQE Commercial Lawyer, with a knowledge of and passion for the retail, beauty and cosmetics sectors?

A high-growth scale-up with significant financial backing a number of well-known brands is seeking to hire its first dedicated in-house Counsel, based in London with hybrid working.

The company experienced exceptional revenue growth in 2025 and is looking to push on into new product lines, offering an exciting challenge for their Senior Counsel who will cover a mix of:

Commercial Contracts, including supply agreements, partnership agreements and DP.
some M&A exposure, including portfolio management
Intellectual Property Law, managing external counsel for trademarks and enforcement

This is a young, dynamic environment and a fantastic opportunity for lawyers with a passion for the beauty industry. Based in West London with hybrid working arrangements.
