Senior Legal Counsel

Our Client, a global financial services group, is looking for an experienced counsel to join their London based team as they respond to strong growth in the Wealth & Asset Management market.

The ideal candidate will be 7+ PQE with a strong track record in providing strategic legal advice across a range of investment management services for Retail and UHNWI wealth management clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on legal support and advice to peer stakeholders across the business on product development
• Investment Management Agreements
• Drafting, review and negotiation of broader contracts and agreements
• Cover evolving financial services regulatory matters

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualifed solicitor in good standing with the SRA and a minimum 7 years' PQE
• Strong track record in a Tier 1 Wealth & Asset Management environment
• Deep knowledge of UK and European regulations covering the Retail and UHNWI Wealth Management industry
• Right to work in the UK - this role will not be sponsored
• Willingness to work on-site in the firm's City of London office
