Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team.
This will be a hybrid working role, coming into the office at least twice a week. The role can be based in either our Burton or Paddington office.
Essentially, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Legal and the Group Company Secretary with legal matters relating to the provision of our services in the UK and Internationally, provide legal advice and assistance to the wider organisation and help the Department provide an effective, efficient and client/customer focused service.
You will take responsibility for creating, drafting, reviewing, negotiating approval and executing commercial, technical and other contracts including agreements, with our Pharma, Private and NHS clients, when new business is gained and when allocated delegated authority, so we are seeking someone that has experience of working in a large Healthcare organisations, the Pharmaceutical sector or the NHS.
