Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial & Corporate

A global consumer-facing organisation is seeking a UK-qualified Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team.

This role supports the business across multiple jurisdictions, working directly with senior leadership on high-profile projects.

Hybrid working, London.

The Role:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advising on governance, company secretarial, compliance and risk matters.
• Supporting board activity, investor relations and transactions (including M&A and financing).
• Managing disputes and liaising with external counsel.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5PQE +
• UK-qualified solicitor with top-tier training in corporate/commercial law.
• Strong in-house experience is essential
• Proven ability to influence at board level.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
