The Role
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Legal, you will work closely with colleagues across ITM Powers UK and international business to deliver high-quality, pragmatic legal advice. Youll be hands-on in negotiations, proactive in managing risk, and collaborative in supporting business objectives.
You Will
- Draft and negotiate complex, high-value customer and supplier contracts with leading global companies
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters, compliance, and governance
- Support the resolution of disputes and potential litigation
- Monitor and advise on UK and EU legislative changes relevant to the business
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues and external advisers
- Act as a true business partner-pragmatic, solution-focused, and commercially minded
Were Seeking a Qualified Solicitor With
- 57+ years post-qualification experience in commercial and corporate law
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating international agreements
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Ideally, experience in a commercial in-house environment, but strong private practice candidates with the right commercial mindset will be considered
