We are currently working with a global sports organisation seeking an experienced media/production (and broader commercial) lawyer to join them in what will be a very varied and high-profile role.
You will advise on a wide range of production matters, including talent agreements, music licensing, and filming/broadcast arrangements, as well as supporting on broader commercial contracts such as supply, licensing, technology, procurement and services agreements. In addition, you will take responsibility for certain compliance matters, helping to ensure the organisation operates to best practice across its global activities.
The role will suit a lawyer with strong media, sports or entertainment experience gained in private practice or in-house, excellent drafting and negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
